You guys are describing issues directly related to video card/driver/display settings, etc. There is nothing in an aircraft download that would cause the change unless the texture files of your new aircraft are much larger than any previous one you've flown. If so, the problem would only occur while flying that a/c.
Erik, are you saying your problem is only with the CRJ or the problem is now all the time but didn't start until the CRJ download?
@ Erik and Rob, there is no ONE CATCH ALL cure to fix the problems you are experiencing. Each case has to be anlayzed by the specific hardware you are using AND your settings in FS.
If these problems appeared all of a sudden where everything was great before... then you have to examine very closely what changes you made in your setup just prior to the problems. IMHO, your system would not undergo any video display settings changes simply from the addition of a new a/c.
There are probably numerous pilots here that can help you, but they will need to know more about your system hardware and specific FS settings. Good Luck
