When I went to fly a flight I first found that the aircraft was 12k over take off weight. I dropped fuel and cargo until it was under the standard. I took off and flew up to 10,000 feet. At this point the aircraft throttle started acting very odd. As you can see in the picture it says over 700 knots, while I have it set to just over 200 knots. I had pitot heat on, and flying from KATL.
I stopped the flight and restarted the game as well to see if it was a error on that side. No joy, same thing happened. Also was getting some crazy barometer readings and calls. 124.890 was one of the calls ATC called out.
The only thing that had changed since the last time I flew was the new ACARS system.

This sounds like a "momentarily undesireable condition". Has it happened to you repeatedly?

Just the times last night. I restarted the flight twice so it was really odd that it went down that way.

Pardon me if I am wrong but in the picture the Autothrottle is not on. The light beside IAS should be lit to show that it is holding this speed. So maybe the problem was that the autothrottle was not on

Oh I just see now that you said that you had disarmed the Autothrottle ok. Did the engines ever go back to idle thrust?

Yeah you are right. I made mention once I had the image up that the shot was when I was trying to reset by turning it on and off.
The thing was it would serge, from like 350 to 717 knots up and down, up and down. I deleted the old aircraft and have redownloaded from the site and installed a new one. I haven't tested it yet though.
Thanks all for the things to consider.
I wonder if it is possible to fly the CRJ 717knots?
