Had a problem with the Dornier too, but read about it here. I'll just fly it without wheels =p The thing is, reverse thrusters don't seem to work either.
Anyway...
The Boeing 727: I LOVE it! Such a well made sim craft, kudos to whomever did all the work. A couple of questions though. Some "sim buttons" (like the ones for throttle quadrant, map etc) don't seem to do anything, or I can't figure them out =p So if anyone could help, here they are:
- G/A
- T
- S (light up and stays lit, no idea what it does though)
- Arrow sideways up
- Arrow sideways down
- FE (all bunched together with the arrows, supposedly brings up Flight Engineer report, but does nothing.
On to the A310. Let me say I love Airbus and would love to fly more of them. Now, the A310 starts with a big panel (electrical?) open, that the X won't close. I can right click and "close window", but I can't find a way to bring it back up. The "overhead" button just brings up... sky. Apparently I need some help going through some checklist or other - or I'm just too stupid. All apply.
Appreciate any help, thanks!

Terry, I'm not familiar with any of those buttons on the B727. You probably have the latest fleet installed aircraft whereas I'm flying the old model.
About the Airbus, I'm not certain about this, but a couple other aircraft have hidden click points on the panels. You have to move the mouse around to find it until the cursor changes to a hand and then click.
It's been awhile, but I believe Caravelle and B707 have these features as well.

Terry,
Good for you! It's rare to see people that love Airbus. As for the panel Problem, lemme tell you that the best thing to do is to go to "Views" -> "Instrument Panel" -> "Overhead"
That is the best way of not looking at the sky, hehe. It may be a bug in the panel, but I don't know. Maybe all of your options apply to me, heheheheh.
Anyway, I don't know how to operate the new Richard Probst panel, but I find it amazing.
Hope this helps,
Cheers!

Another "issue" with the 737 (FS 2004 version, close to 20 MB).
There is no panel, no virtual cockpit, even no "side" views! Is that correct or did I install it wronly? I mean for 20 MB, I thought I'd get a little more =p I don't mind, the planes still fly, just asking.
Thanks!

Terry, after changing panels to the Probst model the buttons are:
G/A- Go Around, but the B727 didn't have this feature and I've never used it.
T- Auto taxi. Sets the taxi speed at 11 knots which is what AI FS aircraft taxi at. (Could of fooled me. It looks like a snails pace.)
Not sure about the Arrow sideways up and down bit.
FE button doesn't do anything on my panel either. There are a couple of bugs I'm finding as I become more familiar with the panel, but nothing even worth mentioning really.

After you finished downloading the aircraft and ran the fleet installer did you select to download the panels for the 732 and the panel for the 738? Also, there will be no vc, but there will be some nice wing views for the 738.

I forgot about the 'S'
That is used to auto-arm the spoilers. When the lamp is green they are stowed, orange armed, and red deployed.
