It never fails, this one is a tough one. FS2004 - I can load up the main menu and select my plane, weather, ect. But when I get to the flight planner, I can select my departure airport but when I get ready to/ or actually do press destination airport, FS closes with no errors. I uninstalled then reinstalled FS, but same error. It gave me an error when I was flying with the ACARS too. I was flying along and hit my map in FS and FS ended, but this time with a warning. It had something to do with symmap.dll . Looking in eventvwr, this is what it gave me:
The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: 7.
Thanks
