well...FINALLY I've gotten the PC to power-up and the fan to go and spin and do fan things (turned out to be a number of different things, mainly me just forgetting to hit the big button marked "Power" :-)...I've installed my video card, connected the monitor to it, and hooked up the mouse and keyboard. But, when i power up, all i get is a blank screen and then one long beep, followed by a pause, then another one until i turn the computer off. I'm pretty sure this has something to do with the BIOS set-up (atleast i read that somewhere) and was just wondering if I should install my old BIOS since it is different than my new one. I've removed the Hardrive from my old computer as well as the CD-ROM drive and installed it in the new one..don't know if this would affect anything or not...let me know, thanks in advance..
see ya up there,
