Maybe there is a way to do this that I'm not familiar with or dunno how to do. If so, reply here.
I know over at another VA I belong to, you can type in 2 airports, pick a number of legs and aircraft type and it will give you that many legs to that destination.
Is there anyway to do something similar like that here. For example, I own addons for KSFO, KMIA, KJFK and a few others. I usually park my butt at one of those addons and would like to fly to another. I know I could probably sit and map out a route from KSFO-KJFK that is multiple legs, but if there was a way for it to pick segments for me, that would be ROCKIN'!
I hate long flights, so I really don't wanna do SFO-JFK direct, but if the system could spit out X hr segments (+ or - 0.5 X or whatever) that would be nice.
So, anyway to implement or design something like that?
Is that a stupid idea?
Just a nugget for consideration for the future maybe.
Thanks.

Not a stupid idea Matthew. But not going to be implemented. We pattern our operations after the real world Delta Airlines. Hence, we use their schedule. There are many, many flights that are relatively long distance that are already in segments. The one thing you must consider is that longer flights from hub airports (i.e., KATL, KCVG, and KSLC) are likely going to be non-stop flights. However an example like KCLT-KSFO is not a non-stop flight, and connects through one of our hubs. You just have to be a little creative in searching for flights that match your desires. Just don't get creative and make up a flight that doesn't exist. That's a no-no.
