I don't quite understand something. Flights have numbers and legs...what is the leg for? You see, what I want to do is build a flight assignment where I fly all legs for a particular flight number, or maybe a round-robin, say, Denver to Cincinatti, Cincinatti to Atlanta, stop over, Atlanta to Tampa, Tampa back to Atlanta, Atlanta Cincinatti, stop over again, then finally Cincinatti Denver - like real world pilots do. I was kinda assuming leg 1 is the outbound, leg 2 the return, but it doesn't seem to work like that. Can Someone explain it to me please?

You are correct about the leg portion, that is a continuance of a previous leg flight. If it's a XXXX Leg 2, that means that flight originated at another airport prior to the airport where leg 2 begins. You can search for the previous flight by searching by flight number I believe. Hope this helps!
Cheers!

OK, yeah that makes sense... Thing is though, it seems that some legs within a route, don't seem to use the same equipment...which seems a bit odd. Anyway, not a problem, rules is rules... gotta make the best of 'em and work with 'em.
Thanks Michael

actually u dont have to use the same equipment that is listed in the flight schedule page. if you are rated for 757 but the flight requires a md88, then just fly it with the 757. the rules state that as long as u can reach the desctination airport safely you can use any aircraft for a certain route. i've flown dvc flights with 767 before. as long as you file your pirep with the aircraft that you use, everything should be ok.

When I set up my offline flights I like to set the game time to the scheduled flight time. Just my way of adding a small touch of realism. I also like to use real-world weather, although the FS system still sucks at implementing it. Other than that I fly my 738 pretty much everywhere she can safely reach. There are times when I'll fly other aircraft, for instance the E-170 (a sweet little bird), when I want a change of pace.

^^ Can someone explain that to me again? For example I thought it would be in this format, LEG1 KFJK-KATL LEG2 KATL-KCVG LEG3 KCVG-KJFK... but that doesnt seem to be the format.... instead, and going on what i grabed from Michael leg 2 is just an alternate start location but ultimately ending up in the same place?
