The last two times I've flown into KDEN (DIA2k4v1 by Harald Krause, from Avsim.com) I've run into serious ILS issues. The first was on an ILS 8 approach, the second ILS 7. Both times the aircraft I was flying seemed to be locked onto a smooth, clean approach - then goes into a nosedive just short of the runway. The first time was a Dreamfleet 727 about 3 miles out, the second time the PSS 757. Also, I'm sort of limited on how much hand flying I can actually do because of damage to my shoulder and hand from an accident several years ago, otherwise I would have hand flown the landings and never would have know about this problem.
I've been using this KDEN scenery for a while, and this is the first I remember having problems with it. There's no way I can tell you how many approaches I've made to these two runways, or if I've ever used them before. All I know is that trying to stop your aircraft from playing lawn dart takes a LOT of fun out of the landing. Anyone ever run into the same thing, or have any suggestions on what might be happening?
(Yes, I know, I'm not rated for either, but then again they weren't flights for PIREP, just for fun and practice)
