I am sorry guys but, I am seriously thinking about resigning from Delta Virtual. I took an exam, and a few questions I know were right from previous exams were marked wrong. I just dont think this is right....So I may as a result of this be moving on. I just want to say my time at DVA has been awesome....Thank you guys for everything.

Not trying to hijack this thread and I really hope you do not quit over a failed test be it right or wrong. There are channels to follow other than just saying I quit.
CONCERNING the testing I have noticed quite a few guys on ACARS complaining of the same thing this man is talking about. IMO the questions are sometimes vague and leave alot into interpretation of the answer by the person who is grading it. Some guys will say the answer is correct while others may say it is not.
Why not go multiple choice on the exams? Develop 3-4 different tests for each type, mulitple choice with an answer key? This I think would alleviate the human factor from the equation and maybe go a long ways towards keeping this type of situation from popping up.
I would be willing to help revamp the testing process if needed.
All my 2 cents.
Chuck

Geez, If you don't know the answer then study some more. Only children quit because things are tough. Most everyone has repeated tests. "Would everyone be happy with no tests or simple tests?

I think I'll throw in my two cents here as well.......just cause I can
If you believed your exam was graded incorrectly the first thing you should have done was e-mail the person who graded it. Then, wait for a response. If your unhappy with the response, take it up another notch. Talk to the 767 Chief. If you unhappy with him.....I think you get the point now. If, after doing all of that, your still unhappy, I bid you farewell and good luck.
Not sure what everyone else thinks about the tests (I've taken 727, 737, 767, L1011), but the seem pretty cut and dry to me. Either your right or your wrong. I haven't seen a 'gray area' question yet.

John, I think it would be best for you to keep your 2 cents to yourself. If you dont know the situation then keep your opinions to yourself. The point of my post is that I had the exact same question in the 737 captain test I hd in this one and it was right in the 737 test and wrong tin this one.

Shouldn't of started the thread in the first place. I stand by Mr. John Noe as he said exactly what I was thinking, I simply choose my words differently. Guess you over looked my post....both John and I are right on in what we said.
There....now you got six cents.....lol
