I was recently approved to fly B737-800's and went to the fleet library to get them. When I downloaded them, the installer claimed that, "No supported versions of Microsoft Flight Simulator were detected." Do these downloads not work on X? If they do work, how can I get it to install?

Some of the aircraft will work if you manually instal them, but the panels will not work correctly in FSX.

Not to sound stupid or anything, but would you mind explaining to me how to manually install them?

A really simple way that I have done it is just copy their folders from aircraft in FS9 to aircraft in FSX. If anybody else has abetter way or any fixes for them, please chime in.

btw, the definition of panel probllems means in most cases no rqadios, no autopilot, no nav instruments, etc. Most aircraft are flyable butonly in a seat ofthe pants, VFR, "peek-out-the-window' manner. IFR...impossible.

you know a great 738 is already included with fsx right? and delta livery is available at avsim.com? Try it. the 738 in fsx is better than our fleet library just for the virtual cockpit, translucent cockpit and many other features!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lorne you can use any plane you want as long as you are rated for it and you know how to fly it....
