It's a start. I like how you integrated the Stay-Puff marshmellow man. Every flight deck should have one.

I used photoshop to create the panel and I put Stay Pufft in just as reminder of no matter what kind of bad day your having someone else is having a worse day than yourself.LOL

Nice panel start. Does that airspeed guage have adjustable airspeed flags? If so, where can I get it? do you know where I can get a good clock stop watch combo? thanks

Do you know how to program the view where you have only the bare instruments - I refer to it as the 6 instrument view - you hit the "w" key to get to it - where is that edited?

My suggestions:
Improve background image (add more grain, add details);
Make labels more readable (use realistic font);
PS Is that photo on the left hand side of the panel taken from WTC?

Looks to be a good "base" for a freeware panel.

The glareshield was from a freeware 747-200 aprroach view the vast majority was hand drawn or cut and paste from photos from www.airliners.net and most of the guages are freeware some from RFP for FS2000 I think oh and the MCP bitmap was cut and pasted from RFP
