Where can I download the BAE-146? Do I need to go to Avsim or is it on this site somewhere?

I think nowhere since there is no good payware Bae146. Semi-default freeware panels with default gps are worthless since they don't represent actual panels, therefore it's total waste of time flying such aircrafts and afterwards saying that 'I have 1000 hours flown on BAE146 but actually have no idea of real systems on the aircraft and how to operate there systems'.
I'm actually VERY surprised that DVA which strives for realism, allows to fly aircrafts such as various CRJ's/ERJ's (there is one good payware CRJ from PIC, but only one modification of CRJ, while DVA allows to utilise over 5 different modifications of CRJ and ERJ - what's the point if there are no payware (or good freeware) panels for them. Flying semi-default panels makes NO difference for pilot anyway... He/she neither able to follow real procedures of the aircraft due to HEAVY limitations of semi-default panels, neither actually experience real atmosphere of the aircraft and also unable to follow procedures listed in AOM.) The same thing with F100, F70, L-100, S340 - what's the point of them?! I don't think people flying them really get enjoyment while using half-default panels...
I'm not here to decide anyway, but from my point of view any Virtual Airline prior to deciding what will be the fleet, must find out whether suggested aircraft has good panel (it's not neccecary have to be payware, there are lot'f of good freeware panels as well, such as IFLY B744) which at least 80% is similar to real cockpit, not just in matters of good background picture, but most importantly systems which are actually functioning (IRS, Hydraulics, Electrical system, Apu, Fmc, Antiskid, Anti-stall, Real autopilot (not with default functions), WX Radar, the list to be continued...)
Also i was surprised to see AOM's of aircrafts which operate in DVA . They are not just 1% of minimum virtual AOM that should be written by such respected VA as DVA, but also they contain lot's of errors...

George, it may surprise you to discover that people can enjoy themselves without adhering to the same standards as you set for your own enjoyment.
We include in our Fleet what best we can find that is free. We make no claims that it is accurate or completely realistic, merely that it is the best alternative. If you want realism, go rent a full-motion sim at $500/hour.
Cheers!

"If you want realism, go rent a full-motion sim at $500/hour."
I was actually on 763 simulator several times, but let's not touch such extremes I think i made reasonable statement about vast variety of available fleet in DVA, although half of this fleet has semi-default panels and in 99% of these cases such panels doesn't differ from each other, PLUS they does not perform their primary purpose - to simulate real cockpit in such way that it would be enough to consider that that particular panel is different enough from other similar modifications of given aircraft and certainly simulates some outstanding features of that aircraft (e.g. Commercial Boeing without FMC and workable PFD, ND, EICAS is not a Boeing! The same thing with that CRJ's/ERJ's with their particular features. You see what I mean?). So its really waste of time to fly such planes and on your place as a CEO, i would get rid of planes that have panels which does not meet criterias i listed above, AND INSTEAD i would try to emphasise pilots to use aircrafts which has at least realistic panels and again which meets criterias listed above, IN ORDER to give pilots opportunity for fly realistic FS aircrafts and follow real procedures instead of flying countless amount of hours on aircrafts which panels are not just NOTsimilar to real panels, but also completely different AND EVEN does not allow to use actual capabilites of the aircraft (autoland - the brightest example. What you would say to a pilot who used suggested by DVA aircraft dynamics file in conjection with a panel which is not able to perform accurate autoland in CAT III weather conditions and had to go to alternate where the same weather conditions presented and finally run out of fuel while attempting to divert to second alternate?! There are tons of examples where semi-default panel does not allow to use full capabilites of the aircraft)!
But you are the CEO and you decide anyway.
Hope you understand my point!
Happy New year btw. In UK it's already 2007!

George, have you considered submitting links to what you feel are good alternative freeware aircraft? It's easy to criticize. By providing a link, the suggested alternative aircraft can be evaluated by the staff here for inclusion in the DVA fleet.
The same theory applies for perceived inaccuracies in the manuals. Try contacting the Chief Pilot and/or Assistant Chief Pilot for the program(s) affected. Maybe you could offer to provide assistance with your expertise in re-writing those manuals. I'm sure that they would appreciate the offer of help.
By the way, I'm not positive, but I don't think that Luke is the "CEO". A quick check of the Our Staff page does not list anyone as CEO.
Nick, the fleet library does not currently offer the BAE. Avsim would probably be a good choice to search as well as FlightSim.com and Surclaro.com.
To everyone at DVA, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

For the panel i can recommend
http://www.baepanelproject.com/
there you can choose between the "old" Bae146 and the "new" ARJ.
On this site you can also find a lot of livery-links,
and i can also recommend the "Jon Murchison"-modell,
links also provided on this site.
Have fun with the BAe like i have ;-)

George quite a few hours went into assembling and receiving permission to put all those aircraft on the DVA website. And to correct what you orginally said, there are two good payware models for the ERJ and CRJ. Another payware CRJ is on the verge on being released. If you did your homework, you'd notice that the company you mentioned which makes the CRJ payware also has an even better model of the ERJ.
Remember that it would be unfair to a lot of people to restrict flying to a few different variations of a/c which are modelled to an extremely high standard. For that type of across the board realism, we might as well charge people for DVA and use the funds to buy payware a/c.
If you would like to fly the "simpler" models with more realism, go to www.reality-xp.com and purchase their systems. I know that certain a/c have things like FMC but when I want to fly something like a 767-400, I can't realistically have the systems and navigation of a payware sim, but using the Reality XP GPS I can insert waypoints in the same form. I seriously suggest trying them out and remember that everyone was once a newbie and not everyone can afford payware or the time to learn very complicated systems so DVA must cater to many different skill levels.

Nick, I am still looking for a decent freeware BAe-146. Unfortunately I have yet to come up with one that is realistic in flight model and reliable.
