The Sapphire (TOP ONE) does not have a VGA output. If you are running a VGA monitor it will not work without an adapter, if one is available.

I recently bought an X1600 Pro 512 because I thought that it sounded impressive... It does well, don't get me wrong, but after looking at the above link, I found out how much better it could have done. Probably the last time I compromise performance for a cheap card.

Truthfully. Look Towards the X1600 but that depends on you. they are both great cards from the best Grapics Card Company.

The X1950PRO, you can't get a better card for an AGP slot at the moment. The X1600Pro had some issues and is much slower then it should be. If you don't want to spend quite as much on the 1950Pro, go for a nVidia 7600GT. Any more questions, just ask.
Norm, every single card out there that has DVI outputs comes with an adapter. It's not something you'd have to worry about.
