Ok I have two questions. One is that I passed the Flight simulator's private pilot check ride and where do I go to print out the certificate they said I could print out and second, I don't have internet at my house now, and it might be like that for a while so is it possible to file PIREPS without ACARS data? I have to correspond thorugh my school's computers.

You do not need ACARS at all to file PIREPS. You can file manually. As fir the FS certificate, I don't know.

Alex
After you complete the PPL course in FS you can print a certificate. It prompts you so that you can enter your name on it. The one downside is that it does not save the information from the checkride so if you exit without printing you have to retake the checkride again.
Good luck.

Hi Alex,
The Check Ride that displays in your profile is not a Flight Academy private pilot check ride. It is your initial hire into DVA for which you receive no certificate. You cannot enroll in the Flight Academy until you complete and successfully file one flight report.
Your fellow pilots advised you correctly that you can file flight reports manually in the Pilot Center section of the site.
Let us know either by email or through the Help Desk should you have further questions.

Jim, so it should prompt me to enter my name after I seen the flight analizer? I just pressed ok when I was finished reviewing it and it returned me to the Flying lessons page. It took me forever to pass the steep turns part.

Terry, he is talking about the lessons you can take from the learning center of FS9. I had the same exact thing Alex, but never figured it out.
