You will find the steps necessary in the promotion manual, which can be found in the document library in your Pilot Center.

Marko, you need to fly a specified number of flights in the 757 before you can request additional ratings or program transfers. I believe the number is 5 for additional ratings.

Welcome aboard Marko.
At DVA, you can just simply look at the schedules, pick a flight, and go fly. Then file the PIREP manually, or use our (awesome) ACARS program throughout the flight to record your data, and it will automatically file the PIREP for you.

Welcome to DVA Marko. To add to Stephen's comment, you will need to fly your first flight without ACARS in order to have a Pilot ID assigned to you. Once you have your PID, you enter that in ACARS and it's smooth sailing from there on.

Hi Marko and Welcome to Delta Virtual Airlines,
The B757 and B767 are Stage 3 aircraft. As a new pilot you will need to complete 10 flight legs in the B757 series rated aircraft. Then request in the Pilot Center a transfer. You will next need to pass the B767 FO exam and then fly the B767 CR. This is summarized in NOTAM #9.
A word about flight leg selection. Use our internal schedule to select flight legs. This is the only recognized source. You need not use the aircraft listed in the schedule, but do select an aircraft that you are rated to fly. If in doubt, check your Pilot Profile. Obviously, the aircraft needs to be able to legally complete the flight with sufficient fuel reserves.
Enjoy!

The ACARS software can be downloaded in the fleet library section of the pilot center, we have 2 versions. Build 76 is for those without Microsoft .net 2.0 framework installed. Build 84 (ACARS 2.0) is for those with Microsoft .net 2.0 framework installed. Build 84 (ACARS 2.0) has some additional features. Nonetheless both versions are done exceptionally well. Welcome to the DVA family
