I found Atlanta GA (ATL) to St Maarten Netherlands Antilles (SXM) is that the same thing?

Yes.
SXM is the IATA code for St Maarten, while TNCM is the ICAO code.

ok cool thanks! Is it alright if i fly the Atlanta GA (ATL) to St Maarten Netherlands Antilles (SXM) route with a 738, is it capable of doing that, if not can i take a stop for refueling, will ACARS let me do that?

IIRC, as Aquino mentioned, the 738 can make it. However, if your equipment is not capable of doing the route you can't fly it unless you have the rating to fly it in another aircraft (capable of doing it).
ACARS will not let you stop for fuel.

738 will make it with about 10-14% fuel reamining. I did the flight mentioned in the 738.

Tight approach if you have to follow the DME arc on the VOR. I have always been vectored a little further out to start the arrival and really enjoy it. I have not flown a route for Delta down there yet.
