Well, before you take a test it tells you that it is a timed test and that the test will submit itself regardless if your able to complete it or not.
The people to e-mail and talk about it would be your Asst. Chief or Chief pilot.

Aren't you suppose to be cleaning equipment, or racking hose, or checking to make sure all the breathing apparatus is filled during off times???? Shameful...wasting taxpayers money like that.
All kidding aside, I would contact the person that set up the test for you and ask to retake. Good luck!!!

No worries Dale. I did the same thing on my 737 exam I believe. I started it and 5 minutes in, something came up and I had to leave my home. I think you will have to get the fail score and just go ahead and re-take it.

The tersts have an automtic timer built into them. Once the timeout happens there isn't anything we can do about it. I have one in my logobook too. Not to worry, it has no negative impact on you.

I would suggest that you retake the test once you have the time too and when you know you won't be disturbed. I wish you good luck with your test.
