for some reason when i'm flying the 737 fleet, when i'm cruiseing at 33000 feet, with autothrottle set to .78 mach, the plane cant seem to keep up the speed even at 93%n1, and theres nothing visible causing drag, is there a glitch somewhere?

I have a problem with the 737 is that while at cruise, the nose starts to shake violently

I would post this in the Pilot Questions section or E-mail the 737 Chief/Assistant Chief Pilots. I fly both the Fleet and Default 738 (FSX) and have never had a problem hitting mach .82 all the way up to FL420. Things to check for:
Check any add-on guages or panels in which the aircraft.cfg has been changed. (Try re-installing Fleet 737Ng to fix)
Check that Autothrottle set Mach .78. I usually switch back to IAS then back to Mach on the AP panel as sometimes the Speed bug doesn't move when changing speed in Mach mode.
Check Fuel and passenger loading to ensure that you are within realistic Weight and Balance. (As CG moves aft Cruise Speed Increases and as CG moves FWD cruise speed decreases)
Daniael, for nose shake check that your Yaw Dampner is On. Other then that if you are moving throttles independantly you may have some Harmonic Vibrations from the engines not synched up. (Never seen this on a Jet but common on Props and TurboProps)

I went that the nose of the 737 skakes up and down. Not side to side. It can't be the damper. Plus, the thottles are being controled by VNAV.

Up and down does make it a bit more difficult to nail the problem down. What 737 are you using? Payware? What version of FS? Are you on AP when the Oscillations occur or are you hand flying?

I would make a backup of the Fleet 737 aircraft folder and re-install the 737 from the Fleet library. Fly it and see if you have the same problem. I suspect that you may have something going on with the PMDG panel and the fleet AIR and cfg files.
