Hmm, all his ports are forwarded, same with his firewall.
He also has FPS limited to 20, and yeah. I can't think of anything else that might be going wrong?
Also, are there any different versions of FS2004 that could be playing a role in this? I noticed his CD's were silver in color and mine were blue.
I don't think this should have any effect, or is there a difference?
