I have dectected virus from AVG today. I researched other forum and google. It says it's false virus for bglman.dll from FS 2004 under modules folder. What can I do with my bglman.dll? I already restore file and back my folder. If it happens AVG detected virus. It is not virus it was confused from virus program. They don't know what bglman.dll is. It's false alarm virus.
Please help me out deep more information.
Thanks,
Stuart

Bglman.dll is the Cloud9 authorization program. It's necessary to run their products. I suggest putting it on an 'ignore' list if AVG has one.

Oliver- can you tell me about AVG system? How I get setting to avoid to scanning the folder module only? I hate this happen AVG is so dumb! AVG staff doesn't do anything right thing about this stupid false alarm virus. I started FS2004 to see if it is working but AVG pops up menu and I clicked ignored. Will this over and over menu pops up? How do I get rid of it? LOL

I have question. My AVG is free but I cannot ignore on their AVG system unless if you subscribe it will include it. Anyway... Someone said that Cloud9 is weather service for FS. Should I remove bglman.dll from modules folder and will FS2004 running fine without the bglman.dll file? I do not have Cloud9 weather program in there. I don't need that. What do you think?
Many Thanks,
Stuart

Does cloud9 include with download free scenery and afcad from AVSIM? I have some downloads scenery. I don't see anything missing my recently download scenery. It's very strange behavior with bglman.dll on Sunday. I have seen some new posted other website about bdgman.dll new problem from AVG virus detected. I don't know why. I'll have to wait and something will update or fix properly new file bglman.dll I hope so.
Stuart

Thanks for this thread. My AVG found this "virus" the other day and isolated it. Did not know what it was for. After seeing this thread
I tried to fly LAX, which is cloud nine, and had no buildings. Was able to replace bglman.dll from AVG and all is ok. Thanks again..
