When you are flying an online group flight and your computer locks up on you not once, not twice, nor three or four times, but 5 times. Lets just say the Dell and I broke up...permanently.
Bah

Yeah, the best is a Falcon system. Be prepared to morgage your first born if you're old enough.
If not, you'll need a good paying job.

There is a Mac program you can buy that emulates Windows as a separate program that will allow Windows programs to run. Expext lower frame rates and less than perfect graphics.
Search Newegg.com. They should have the item. Or buy a Windows-based PC.

Not entirely true, Chris. Microsoft offers virtual pc for Mac owners - note this is specifically for NON-Intel Macs. Not sure if the hardware emulation would mean it's fast enough to run flight sim ... but it's certainly a worthwhile option to investigate. I remember when Virtual PC came out years ago ... revolutionary then ... i'm sure it has dramatically improved now.

EDIT:
Prices $99 - $249 depending on whether you already have a Windows version or not OR require a full license. (of course ... you could probably just buy a new pc for a couple hundred dollars more ;-) )
Hope this helps.
May be worth investing the time and effort into either a) restoring your pc using a system restore disk that you MAY have when you got the pc or b) reformatting the hard drive and reinstalling Windows to clean everything out. Quite often these system lockups can be software related and a good clean install can work wonders. Just a thought.

On top of it all, my screen broke, legit broke. So I just took a hit and sent it to dell to get fixed. Going 2 years (that was option B) without flight simming...well that's tough.
