After I uninstalled FSPax (see post http://www.deltava.org/thread.do?id=0xe18b) these 3 messages popped up about mu scenery. I have had this scenery for a long time now and had never had problems with it until now. What is wrong with it?
Thanks

Try restore your Windows and see there are files your directory and copy back up scenery.cfg files and uninstall FSPax then bring it back files directory scenery.cfg where it belongs to. Then try FS2004 runs. It will be fine. :-) Hope it helps.

Stuart, thanks for your response.
Its not making a lot of sense to me... Could you clarify it for me before I go and do something wrong?
Thanks

!. Start> Programs> Restore Windows XP or Vista. (how long ago you want restore last time before you unistalled FSPax)
2. After restored. Your FSPax program still in there. OK.. then go to Window Explorer check path directory ProgramFiles/microsoft Games/Flight Simulator Games/ find scenery.cfg copy this file to put somewhere else different path to save it.
3. Unistall your FSPax after done. Check your directory again path as I mentioned if there is missing scenery.cfg. Then you know it. Get back up files scenery.cfg return to FS9 in it.
Then you are safe to run FS2004. Good luck.
Stuart
PS:
I don't understand why FSPax steals your scenery.cfg with unistall deleted files!! It doesn't make sense! LOL!

Scott, thanks again. When I run System Restore, I can select any dates except for today, and I uninstalled FSPax a couple of days ago. Why is this?
Thanks.

no no.... You must select date before you had unistall FSPax. Not today restored. It was your FSPax unistall for example Sept 13 and you'll need to restore Sept 12 or before. It will be there FSPax there. Sorry about your confusing. Try it again Sept 12 or before. It will do this again I hope so! (Big tight lip)

STUART (sorry about before...), I know what you meant, but the thing is, i cant select another date before yesterday. the 14th is the only bold date I can select to restore to. Would this have anything to do with System Restore being off for a long time?
By the way, I looked in my FS9 folder, and I found a scnery.cfg file. Yesterday, when I started FS9 to do a quick flight, as soon as I clicked OK on all three of the warning boxes, FS9 closes to the desktop. It did it 6-9 times in a row. Is this happening because of the scenery thing?
Thanks again Stuart.

Hey
I'm sorry. I don't know what to do next. I would say you should call technical support Flight Simulator. See on package box and see call that number. They will help you with your computer and FS2004 back. I'm sure they will assist you. Let me know what have you find some ways. We need to know detail for the future from happening. Good luck.

I sent an email to Microsoft support, see what they come up with.
I fixed the DFW one. you see, i deleted all of the files in the Unzipped folder, and so I jsut had to get the DFW files from AVSIM and leave them in the Unzipped folder. Im in the process of downloading the SAEZ scenery now.
Thanks
