All power supplies have the same basic voltage ratings, i.e., 3.3, 5, 12, 012, etc. The rating you need to pay more attention to is wattage. Both cards specify a minimum 450w power supply. However, when you take into consideration that you have HDD's to power, CD/DVD drives, maybe a floppy, the CPU, etc., etc., that 450w probably won't cut it. I'd look for a 600w, IMO. You can easily find a dependable one for under $100.
