Hi guys,
Just getting my Delta flightbag in order. Is there a Delta paper navigation log available for download. In another VA I have flown with such a log exists. Handy for loging crossing times and FOB etc.
Thanks
James

Hi Chris, Its basically a sheet of paper say A4 size with colums and rows for recording various elements of your flight as you go. It would contain most of the stuff you would have in the FMC/MCDU. Details like ZFW/FOB/V SPEEDS/ ROUTE WAYPOINTS ETC. As you pass a waypoint you can record your crossing time and ful weight etc on board. It will contain areas for taking down ATIS and ATC instructions etc. If anyone has suggestions or advice fire away.
Hope this helps.
James

What I think you mean is a Dispatch Sheet. If so Vroute has one a pdf version of one once you put in your route. It is also printable and has all of the info that you have just mentioned

Yea i guess thats a good description for it. The only problem with the vroute sheet is it prints WX for online situations at the time of departure. If you are flying offline this would not be much good to you. But you are spot on in comparing it to the vroute sheet. I intend to have a few more options included on this sheet. I have a sheet for every flight I have flown. Great to look back over the details like TOW and fuel burn etc. Ill keep you guys posted on my progress or lack off!!

Vroute has a dispatch "Flight Progess Card" which you can print, you can use it for free since Vroute is a free service and you do not have to fly online to use the dispatch sheet It is a nice format for just what you are talking about. See http://www.vroute.net/
