Just thought I'd put a little something here. I have had FSX for about a year now, and I think I have mastered the setup..
I fly with FSX all the time now, ok there aren't as many aircraft, but you can only fly one at a time....
I get a great frame rate, average 40-50fps with all sliders maxed out.
I think it just takes time, patience, and alot of trial and error to make the flight experience a pleasure....

Yeah but I think I heard if your computer has taht dual core its really what FSX was created to run, on I have a year or two old HP, and I dont think it has that, if you can get FSX to work on yours thats awsome. But for now I am going to have to stay with FS2004, I got all sliders maxed and super aircraft congestion its a lot of fun, but thats what my computer can handle.
