Thank you moose! I am thrilled to be back in the 727 program here at DVA! My favorite airliner of all time is the 727-200, boy how I miss flying on them from Denver-Atlanta and back in the 80's and early 90's! Lots of fond memories of this comfortable, roomy, beautiful aircraft. You are right, such a princess!! Thanks for the warm welcome! Lets go make some noise, who needs hushkits!

Well done Joshua! I just took my 727 checkride - a bit ropey but I didn't bend it... we'll see! VERY different from letting an FMC do all the work - most satisfying! It reminds me of my wife, who took her car in for a service and they gave her a little runabout for the day. She called me in a mild state of panic, because she'd forgotten how to drive with both feet and both hands, after her all singing and dancing executive-mobile! And no sat nav - she had to resort to maps and road signs! Funny how we come to rely on these things isn't it? Anyway, with abit of luck, I'll soon be joining the elite... question is, how far do I take it? Do I ditch the calculator for a slide-rule, I wonder?
Well done again, see you up there
