This may be a stupid question, but what exactly is a gate ramp?

Trust me, it's not a stupid question, I don't even know if that is even what they are called I guessed that. The things that come out and connect to your plane at the door when you are at the gate.

If you aer looking for terminal maps that show the individual gates, they are few and far between. I have searched for them and searched for them. I want to setup all my major airports as accurately as possible. Alas, the maps available are not that specific or accurate.

Are you running fsx or fs9, as far as I know the jetways dont move on fs9 without most paywares, in fsx i do believe there are a few select airports that move...

John,
There are lots of freeware scenery designers out there that not only enhance the airport but add the gates that you are looking for. If your computer is up to the increased scenery, check out designers such as FrF and watsup,

Guys, go to AVSIM and search in the file library for "Jim Vile". He's put together several very good AFCAD files for airports, including KATL. You'll get your jetways.

AFCADs don't add physical, visible gates. They only add gates listed as starting positions to your scenery directory and allow AI to park at airline assigned gates.
