Well you don't need ServInfo to fly online. I just use the map to see traffic. Other then that I don't ues it.

Runways can be fixed by either using Lee Swordy's AFCAD 2.11 or downloading a more current AFCAD file of the airport in question from AVsim or similar add-on site. SIDs, STARs, and fixes are more complicated, and usually involve purchasing AIRAC files. Even then the AIRAC files are not very well implemented in FS. RNAV is basically unuseable, as FS never incorporated it. A lot of the errors have to do with FS limitations in its code.

I would use vroute for seeing online traffic, I think it's packaged in a more attractive skin. Also, you can get the charts you need from there or .charts ICAO code from ACARS.

Brian's post is how you get updated runways and fixes.
As far as STARS and SIDS are concerned, you just drag and drop your route in the flight planner. For RNAVs you should get an FMS (flight management system) that will fly the fixes for you.
