Hello. I just recently got back from a cruise to Jamaica and the Caymen Islands. We drove! 23 hours of pure boredom....and sleep. Saw some planes landing in KJFK and Newark. Anyways, an hour or so ago, I was flying online in Denver on VATSIM. I was using the Delta VA B777 for FSX. The TWR wasn't detecting anymovement what-so-ever of my plane, and I at the runway! Anyone know what's wrong?

was your chat window not coming up?
In FSInn were you on the right Tab (UNICOM, COMM1 COMM2, etc.)?
If so - did you have the correct frequency in - and/or was there a message from the controller that said he didn't accept chats?

My chat window was up in FSInn. I was in the right Tab and had the correct frequency. Although, I did not check to see if there was a message saying he could not accept chats.

well, you shouldn't be using voice on UNICOM (Vatsim rules).
Unless you have it set up - COMM2 usually will not transmit for you unless you set it up correctly (not the freq - the settings)
just change COMM1 to the freq you are trying to use on COMM2 and see what happens.
Also, depending on the plane you are flying - you need to turn COMM2 on (some have push buttons, some switches, some you can only select throughthe menu). If you select BOTH - that only lets you hear both - not trans simultaneously to both.
But you can adjust COMM2 settings to work through the menus of both SB3 and FSInn - as well as FSUIPC

Yea, when I meant talk to people on UNICOM, I meant chat with text. Sorry. And I'll see if anything changes.
Thanks.
