I get the following error message when I try to access the online events. What does this mean?
Thanks.
Oops. Something bad happened. Really, really bad - and I have no idea what to do. So you figure it out.

I find going back and re-accessing it seems to work. It's just some type of glitch, no big deal. Logging in and out cures it too.

I logged out and when I tried to log back in, I can't even do that now. Get the message instead of any list of online events.
Really need some help with this one.

Should you experience problems with the system, create a new issue under "Issue Tracker." This provides an orderly method for addressing issues. If you don't understand how something works or is supposed to work, go to Help Desk and create an issue.
The Issue Tracker and Help Desk permit tracking, updating and assignment to the staff member best equipped to deal with the matter.
Thanks,
Terry
