Pedro, that video card is AGP it was not designed for SLI. WIth the gear that you have you should be able to Run FS9 very well. I was running FS9 on a 3.2 Ghz P4HT 1.5G Ram and a 7800 GSOC video card and was able to fly smoothly in any part of the world.
There are many reasons why your video may not be as nice as it could be. I would first make sure you defrag your hard drive, clean up your system tray and processes, make sure your Hard drive is not too full. Check to make sure you have the proper video driver. The latest may not be the best one for you. Make sure you have the proper video settings in your video card software, and in the flight sim. If your worry is about the jagged lines along the edges of the aircraft check your Anti-Aliasing settings. In general allowing the program to control AA usually works well for FS, but there are some systems where the Video Card works much better at setting the AA.
Good Luck and let us know how it works out for you.
