Probably some more information would help!. Unfortunately that is basically it. I hooked it up throttle to yoke and then plugged in the USB to the port where my joystick was (Saitek ST290 Pro). I do not get any indication that power is going to the yoke (function screen not lit up) nor the throttle controls (power light not on). I put the CD in and begin the prompts and it says to plug in the device, I do that and nothing. I am assuming that for what ever reason the USB is not detecting it?

For starters, try other USB sockets first.

Go to your Control Devices in Windows and remove any control devices you may have showing.
You can also try "Add new hardware" and add the device "forcibly"

Adam, I appreciate your responses. I am using Windows XP, not to mention I am by no way a computer wiz.
How do I go to "Control Devices" in order to check. I did try "add new hardware with no luck".
The biggest problem is when I plug the darn thing in it is not even recognized, but when I plug my joystick into the same USB port I have no problem.
Some have mentioned it might be the Driver? What ever that means. I tried downloading a "driver" from the Saitek website with no luck.
Thanks for your time, any help is appreciated

OK, do you have another computer handy to which you could plug this thing just to see if another computer recognizes it ?
